Provide Secretarial assistance to department producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, and general administration for the sales department.
Record/ input sales information requirements onto the sales information system.
Produce weekly and monthly reports and reporting any deviations to management team.
Keep stock and other materials and stationery used by all the sales team.
Produce and collate all relevant information for inclusion in the board report.
Take telephone enquiries from both existing and prospective sales team manager.
Liaise with sales team and ensure they receive relevant copies of letters, contracts, memos, reports regularly.
Maintaining end-to-end process data quality.
Facilitating business data processing, reporting and analysis.
Training users in new or upgraded system or add-on functionality.
Promoting and implementing information security in line with company’s policy.
Organize and process orders/ request via email or phone.
Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully contact sales team to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Collaborative skills needed to liaise with the sales team and logistics department to confirm timely deliveries.
Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
Willingness to convey key feedback from sales team.
Commitment to staying informed regarding new products and features.
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and Instructions.
Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience:
Minimum 2+ year of relevant experience.
Being part of a professional body is a plus. i.e. CII, CIM, etc Skills and Abilities:
B.S degree in statistics/computer or Actuarial Science/Marketing/Sales, or relevant field preferred.
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or another relevant role.
2+ years experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, particularly).
Strong Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Team-player mindset with high level of education to raising the bar for the whole team.
Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
Proven experience in managing sales operations/sales teams.
Have a valid driving license with 4 years driving experience.
Ability to lead, develop and motivate the sales and branch staff.
Ability to liaise with all levels of management staff and stakeholders.
Detail oriented, proactive and good organizational/planning skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Data processing and reporting experience. • Highly motivated with strong collaboration skills.
Project management skills would be an advantage.
